Happy Holidays! We found many of our neighbors have decked their halls and added some lights to celebrate! We have our Bob Canfield Decorating Contest Winners to announce:

There were many other nicely decorated homes and all deserve to be seen, next time you are out in the evening take a slow drive around the lake and take in all the lights and decorations! Once the holidays are done what will we do with our time? Well…cook up great tasting chili of course!

Chili Cook Off

January 25th starting at noon
Judging will end at 2:00 so don’t be late!
This year we are changing it up a bit and having this event at
Sam and Nikki Paxson’s patio and garage, 11219 Lally St.
This gives us an inside spot for the chili’s but keeping all the outside fun, with
firepits for warmth, smores, and of course comradery!
We again will have a fun raffle and furnish hot cocoa.
Come join the fun and try to win the much-coveted trophy!

Your MLA Board continues to work to provide our members fun and friendly events, these do come with costs. After much consideration and reviewing our budget, we are increasing the annual dues to $30.00. We think this is still a great bargain with many benefits:
